Getting Started

Getting Started in 3D design is easy. We'll use a program called TinkerCAD. It's on the web, so you can use it anywhere. Once you're up and running on TinkerCAD, you'll start going through the levels. The first is Novice. To reach the Novice rank, you'll finish  two projects - a backpack tag and a book mark. These make sure you know how to use some of the basic tools of TinkerCAD and understand sizes in TinkerCAD and the real world. You can find tutorials for these on the Novice page. After that, you can move on to the Apprentice level and beyond. Each level has a page explaining what you need to do. There are also some pages with extra tutorials and projects for cool ideas on this site.
